Unlike other companies, Cutler Signature Homes will quote you prices for exact specifications, including grades, quality, type or other attributes highly pivitol in final prices. What does this mean to you? Other builders give you a price without "details" so that if they can find lower cost materials and retain higher profits, they can do so without you knowing. With Cutler Signature Homes, you know the quality and type of ALL materials that we will be using to build your home. We do NOT cut corners.
What will the Building Cost Estimate include?
Your Building Cost Estimate will provide a breakdown of costs for:
- Site preparation and excavation
- Foundation
- Rough framing
- Roofing
- Windows
- Exterior finish
- Interior finish
- Floor covering
- Kitchen appliances
- Heating and air conditioning
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- Landscaping
- Driveways and sidewalks
- Special features
- Permit costs
- Local building fees
- Contractor overhead and profit
- Sales tax (if applicable)
Not included are costs for:
- Your lot
- Finishing bonus rooms, future areas or basements, unless those areas are marked as finished space on the plan
Actual construction costs may differ due to changes in economic conditions, building contractor availability and specific building contractor attributes. All quotes will be valid only for the timeframe specified within the actual document, due to price variations. A 10% fluctuation rule applies.
