These letters are unedited and in some you may find that we encountered frustrations along the way but since we strive for only happy homeowners, we worked to solve any issues and turned our customers into a highly satisfied homeowners.
Harry Cutler worked with us when we built our home and we could not have been more pleased. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the home building process, Mr. Cutler was very efficient. He would return our calls right away and take care of getting things done quickly, yet with quality. We observed Mr. Cutler dealing with sub-contractors and were quite impressed with his professionalism. Probably the main reason we enjoyed working with Mr. Cutler is that he had the utmost respect for us, his customer. He went above and beyond the norm in making sure we were satisfied with each step. It was not enough if the job was done satisfactorily. He was not satisfied with the work until we were satisfied.
I had the pleasure of meeting Harry Cutler in September 2005. This gentleman was the person in charge of building my home in St. Paul, Texas. I know as a new home owner that when a new home is being built for you that things will go wrong. Well, if it wasn’t for Harry Cutler, my wife and I would have never purchased the home that we are in right now. What ever was wrong, or my wife complained about, Harry was there to take care of the situation. I can assure you that if I have another home built, it will be by Harry Cutler. This person knows what he is doing and how to build a home.
In 2005, we contracted with a local builder to build a home. During teh construction process, everything was fine until about two-thirds of the way through. At that time we started having problems getting things accomplished through the Construction Superintendent. Then, Harry stepped in and did a great job of solving the problems we were having. He contacted us to find out exactly what problems we were having and what he could do to help. He even made suggestions for improving our new home. His experience, skill and personality made our home construction a pleasurable experience.
Harry Cutler has an integrity that is not often seen in the marketplace today. His attention to detail was refreshing and I was amazed at how quickly Harry resolved the very small issues we had. I always felt like Harry cared that we had a good experience and you could tell he wanted us to be completely satisfied with every detail of our new home. When it comes time to build our lake home, Harry will be the only builder we consider. Thank you Harry!
