Quality builds backed with peace of mind
All of our homes are inspected by an independant inspector, who qualifies to meet VA and FHA requirements. A copy of the inspection is provided to the home buyer.
Cutler Signature Homes also provides a list of the contractors that provided services or materials when building your new home, with contact information, for example plumber, heating and air, electrician, etc.
All manuals that come with appliances are left in the house for future reference and warranty information.
